Refunds & Exchanges

Please inform us of defects with your product within 30 days by contacting our customer support at or by going into your order history on and selecting the order you placed with us and then clicking Contact Seller. In the email, please include your order number so we can better locate your order on Amazon. We will happily replace a defective product or offer a refund after you have contacted us.
